1. No Returns on Opened/Used Products

 

Due to the nature of perfumes, opened or used bottles cannot be returned.

 

 

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Send photos/videos as proof to our WhatsApp or email.

 

Verified cases will be replaced or refunded.

 

 

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed after verification.

Payment refunds will be made via the original payment method or as mutually agreed.

 

4. WhatsApp Orders
