1. Products & Quality
KNJPerfume fragrances are inspired by popular global luxury perfumes and crafted using the world’s finest ingredients, rooted in the timeless heritage of Kannauj.
Fragrance performance (longevity & projection) may vary slightly depending on skin type, weather, and storage.
Product images are for reference; actual packaging may differ.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp. Each product page has an “Order on WhatsApp” button to place your order.
To confirm your order, 30% advance payment is required. The remaining 70% can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery.
Orders without advance payment will not be processed.
Prices mentioned on the website may change without prior notice.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1 working days.
Delivery time may vary based on location.
KNJPerfume is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of perfumes, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
Refunds/replacements will be processed only after verification.
5. Safety Notice
All KNJPerfume products are completely safe for use.
Our perfumes are crafted without any harmful chemicals and do not rely solely on natural oils.
A patch test is recommended for sensitive skin, but our formulas are designed to be skin-friendly and safe for everyday use.
6. Liability
KNJPerfume is not responsible for any skin reactions or allergies. Use of our products is at the customer’s own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, images, text) belongs to KNJPerfume.
Unauthorized use of our brand or content is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law
All disputes will be subject to Uttar Pradesh, Kannauj jurisdiction only.
(This means if any legal issue arises regarding orders or products, the laws and courts of Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh will apply.)
